BiomX: Subsidiary Zorronet Commences Installation and Operation of AI-Powered Detection Systems Under Israel Railways Agreement

(NYSE:PHGE) BiomX Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zorronet has commenced supply and installation of its AI and ML-powered detection and command-and-control systems on sections of the Israel Railways network, in accordance with the framework supply agreement. The initial phase covers 4 segments, with additional segments expected to be implemented. Zorronet's system is capable of detecting and deterring animals and humans, including ongoing maintenance and 24/7 service center operations. Over the past year, a large-scale pilot achieved a 98% success rate in keeping large animals off the railway tracks and 0 related collisions during that period. Israel Railways opened a new eastern line this week, further expanding the national rail network and creating additional potential opportunities for future deployment and deeper collaboration between the companies. The company projects additional segments expected to be implemented and looks forward to strengthening cooperation as Israel Railways continues to develop its infrastructure, including with new human-related risks. The system was adapted to Israel Railways’ operational requirements in collaboration with its innovation division.

SATO Technologies Signs Letter of Intent With Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority to Develop a Hydro-Powered Sovereign AI Compute Campus

(TSXV: SATO) (OTCQB: CCPUF) (OTCQB: CCPU.F) SATO Technologies Corp. announced it has signed a letter of intent, with an effective date of June 20, 2026, with the Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority to develop a renewable-energy-powered, phased AI data centre campus targeting an estimated 100 MW of AI infrastructure, scalable to an estimated 500 MW. The LOI establishes a framework for the parties to negotiate definitive agreements covering power, site development, project structure, early works, financing and commercial offtake. GMC will reserve 100MW of firm power for the Project, subject to an initial development phase of 5 MW, with a potential expansion pathway to 500MW. Additional commercial terms will be finalized in binding definitive agreements within 12 months following the signing of the LOI. The Project is anticipated to deliver low-latency AI compute to India's major demand centres and is powered by Bhutan's hydroelectric resources. SATO currently operates one data center tailored to provide computing power for bitcoin mining. The company projects that the Project is anticipated to create a large-scale AI infrastructure anchored in reliable domestic renewable power and developed in partnership with the GMCA.

IDI Brings Its Industry-Leading Identity Graph to Snowflake Marketplace, Enabling Natural-Language Analytics Through Cortex AI

Garmin Pilot Update Introduces New Flights Page and Other Enhancements

(NYSE: GRMN) Garmin announced multiple updates for the Garmin Pilot mobile app for Apple devices, including the expansion of SmartCharts to Canada and Mexico. The new Flights page replaces the previous Trip Planning page and is now available in Garmin Pilot on Apple devices, offering integrated routing, weight and balance, and fuel planning tools. SmartCharts will be available in Canada and Mexico in August of this year and are included with a Garmin Pilot Premium subscription for pilots operating in the United States, Canada or Latin America regions. The Oshkosh FISK VFR Arrival procedure is now incorporated in the Garmin navigation database and SmartCharts products, with enhancements such as additional labels, colored runway dots, and direct links to the NOTAM. Beginning July 9 as part of the July database cycle update, users can load the FISK procedure directly into their avionics. Pilots can take advantage of the 15 for 12 and Right Seat Rewards promotions, and a 10% discount code is available for existing Garmin Pilot users attending AirVenture 2026. Inuturai Ventures Signs Exclusive LOI to Acquire AI-Driven Drone Swarm C2 Command Platform

(CSE: URAI) Inturai Ventures Corp. has entered into an exclusive letter of intent to acquire the intellectual property behind DomeCommand, an AI-driven command-and-control platform for autonomous drone swarms, for total consideration of up to C$6,025,000. The consideration includes a C$25,000 upfront payment and the issuance of up to 30,000,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of C$0.20 per share, tied to development and time-based milestones. The acquisition also includes a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to the Distri software platform. Completion of the Proposed Acquisition is subject to satisfactory due diligence, negotiation of a definitive agreement, and approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. A live pilot is underway to integrate Inturai's sensing-on-drones program with DomeCommand, detecting people and threats inside and outside buildings while DomeCommand plans drone deployment. The Company believes the Proposed Acquisition will create a durable advantage by combining reliable, rule-based planning with adaptable AI and intends to pursue opportunities across autonomous defence systems, counter-drone capabilities, critical infrastructure protection, and broader unmanned systems. The Company also believes that DomeCommand's artificial intelligence capabilities may help accelerate its product development and commercialisation timelines.
