Through the program, leaders across operational technology (OT), healthcare, commercial software and open-source communities coordinate with Palo Alto Networks to deploy proactive "virtual patches," neutralizing vulnerabilities at the network-level before attackers can exploit them. WhiteFiber Announces Pricing of Upsized $270.0 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering(NASDAQ:WYFI) WhiteFiber, Inc. announced the pricing of $270.0 million principal amount of 5.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2032 in a private placement to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933. The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering size of $250.0 million. The Company has granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $40.0 million principal amount of the notes for settlement within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date on which the notes are first issued. The sale of the notes is expected to close on August 21, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.00% per year, payable semiannually in arrears on March 1 and September 1 of each year, beginning on March 1, 2027, and will mature on September 1, 2032. The Company estimates that the net proceeds from the offering will be approximately $259.8 million (or approximately $298.5 million if the initial purchasers exercise their option to purchase additional notes in full), after deducting the initial purchasers' discounts and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. DXN Wins $4.1m Edge Data Centre Contract for Melbourne Airport(ASX:DXN) DXN Limited has secured an approximately $4.1 million contract from Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne (APAM) to supply a prefabricated Edge data centre facility. Under the agreement, DXN will design, engineer, manufacture, factory acceptance test, deliver, install, and commission the complete facility, with site acceptance testing and commissioning scheduled towards the end of the first half of 2027. DXN has separately received an approximately $1.6m variation order under its existing contract with telecommunications customer Globalstar. The Melbourne Airport facility will incorporate critical power, cooling, fire detection, and suppression systems alongside other supporting infrastructure required for the Edge data centre. Manufacturing will take place within DXN’s manufacturing network before the completed facility is transported to Melbourne Airport for installation, site acceptance testing, and commissioning. The airport contract expands DXN’s Asia Pacific track record beyond government, telecommunications, and enterprise customers into aviation and transport infrastructure. DXN has observed customers increasingly selecting factory-built facilities instead of traditional on-site construction or multi-year upgrades to existing data centres. ZeroStack Announces US$1.0 Billion Strategic Contribution of Memecore ($M) Tokens at US$25.19 Per Share(NASDAQ: ZSTK) ZeroStack Corp. announced it has entered into a definitive transaction pursuant to which Puple AI Inc. and Blockcat Pte. Ltd. have agreed to contribute an aggregate of US$1.0 billion of Memecore tokens to the Company in exchange for 3,500,000 ZeroStack common shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 36,198,293 additional common shares, with the prefunded warrants issued at a price of US$25.19 per share.
